Recipe for clearing mucus

Celery, cucumber, mint, and ginger juice. This recipe, courtesy of Juice Therapy, is a powerful decongestant. Celery and cucumber are a potent anti-inflammatories and known to help with hydration. Mint not only enhances the flavor of this juice. It also helps dislodge mucus, while ginger is among the most powerful decongestants.
Ginger tea with honey, apple cider vinegar and coconut oil. Slice a clump of fresh ginger and placing the slices in a covered pot of water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and cover, allowing the ginger to steep for 15 minutes. Once cool, pour into a container and refrigerate. When you feel congested, heat 1 part ginger water in 2 parts water. Add 1 spoonful raw honey, 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar, and 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Kathy Herrmann swears this recipe clears her sinuses within two hours.
Radish juice. This may sound strange, but according to Raw Edibles, radishes are wondrous for eliminating excess wheat and dairy, the two non-cold culprits of mucus. The recipe is easy and surprisingly delicious! Simply juice two bunches of radishes, 2 apples, 6 stalks celery, 3 inches ginger root, and 1 lemon. Drink a cup every day for 1 week. You should feel a difference.
